Your mission

Hey there, we are increasing our Distribution-Department, and hope to welcome You as our new Distribution Account Manager!

What`s the business, you might ask? Well, in short it`s pretty much You making sure that our distributing partners are always well informed about our portfolio and know that they can count on us with our expertise and quality!

Besides that, here is a list with more „food for thought“:

  • Carry out account development, relationship management and new customer lead generation
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and customers and keep client knowledge up-to-date
  • Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads
  • Identify & Track customer Needs and Objectives and match them to our Products and Services
  • Create value propositions / account plans based on customer insights and review with Distribution Manager
  • Participating in Industry conferences, fairs, events of solar and photovoltaics associations, etc. where required
  • Assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities with partner’s Key Customers
  • Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by phone and email
  • Monitor & Maintain customer relations by analysing, evaluating customer satisfaction and manage problems through to resolution
  • Perform necessary operational tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines)
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant information to management
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy of customer data on the CRM, document customer Interactions
  • Raise / escalate topics that could cause damage to the business continuity, partnership or relationship in a timely manner
  • When instructed, Inform partners and customers about topics that could cause damage to the business continuity, partnership or relationship
  • Investigate over dues payments when requested and escalate when needed, and action when required.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a comparable or a higher education qualification or business related studies with technical part.

In the end if you have dealt with inverters you are fit for this opportunity:

  • management in the inverter, EPC or solar industry. Having previously worked for an inverter manufacturer will be a tremendous advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge of PV inverters, BOS and system with also strong commercial sales knowledge.

Besides that you should bring:

  • Czech or Slovak, and English: at least C1. Any other European language or even Chinese would be amazing!
  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office and CRM software.
